How to do a "Braided Bun"
In this tutorial we create a braided bun. This generally suits longer hair but can work with other types of hair too.
Twist your hair into a high bun.
Keep twisting until it coils around itself.
Using the end piece of hair, hold your bun as firm or loose as you prefer.
Take your hairpin to secure the bun weave it through multiple layers of hair until it touches the skin at the top of your head.
Slide your hair stick through your bun to hold it in place.

In this tutorial we use a the Banana Leaf to create a plaited bun. This generally works really well with curly but can work with other types of hair too.
Plait your hair down the centre, from behind
Then you can either ‘fold’ or 'twist' the plait into itself to make a bun.
Choose either a firm or loose hold,
Then take the hairpin and thread it like a needle through the bun.
You want to make sure its gone through multiple layers of the hair so it will feel nice and secure.

In this tutorial we create a french twist. This generally suits longer hair, but can work with other types of hair too.
Start by making a french braid on one side of your head.
Twist the braid around your head to the opposite side.
Plait the remaining hair into a regular plait right down to the very bottom and hold firmly.
Take the loose plait and twist it round itself into a low bun on the existing side.
Take the hairpin to secure the bun to your head and weave it through multiple layers of hair until secure.

In this tutorial we use a Moon Flower Hair Slide to create a low wrap bun. This generally suits longer hair but can work with other types of hair too.
Centre your hair in the middle and separate into two sections.
Loop one section through the other into a half knot and pull tightly.
Twist one section and wrap it around the other, into a low bun.
Hold the end of your hair in place whilst you twist the other section and do the same.
Tuck this remaining piece of hair underneath the bun if you can.
Whilst you are holding your bun in place take the heart shape centre of the hair slide and place it directly over the bun.
Then use the hairpin to weave through the bun and out the other side, to hold it firmly in place.

In this tutorial we create a plaited ponytail. This tutorial is intended for people with long hair but can work with other types of hair too.
Centre your hair in the middle and separate into two sections.
Plait one section right until the end whilst leaving the other section hanging.
Take the two separate sections
Tie them in a loose knot at the back of your head.
Wrap the plaited section around the loose ponytail until only a tiny piece is left.
Tuck this remaining piece of hair underneath the bun if you can
Use the hair stick to weave through the plaited hair to get a firm grip.

Put your hair into a low pony tail
Take it and loop it into itself.
Depending on the length of your hair, do this a few times until you are left with two small strands on either side.
Leave them long enough to criss cross around the bun to create a wrap.
Tie them or fold them underneath the bun, if you can.
Take the hairpin and thread it like a needle through the bun.
You want to make sure its gone through multiple layers of the hair so it will hold securely in place.
